You may add on or upgrade kitchen features by customizing your choice of flooring, backsplash, slide-out shelves and other extras.

The integrated technology package includes your Direct TV receiver (300+ channels including some high premium ones), a landline phone line, Internet access, and closed circuit view of front door. This inclusive fee is only $70 (not optional).

Each unit has a plenty of kitchen cabinets, linen closets, entry and large walk-in closets for your clothing and personal belongings. Still each unit comes with an external 10 x 6 storage room on the same floor. Customized closets and pull-out drawers are available for individual customizations.

Step outside your unit onto your own balcony, roomy enough for a small settee, table, plants and decorations. Separate locked closet for HVAC unit (no storage).

Thermal pane, high efficiency, easy to clean windows (updated in 2021, sliding doors in 2022).Your own heat and air conditioning is managed by your individual unit climate control thermostat.

All our units all have high-rise toilet/s, lower bathroom counters and wide doorways. Some units have converted the bathtubs that are walk-in showers.

Floor plans vary from 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 952 sq ft to 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,437 sq ft.
