Our building features provide community rooms, tailored to specific tasks, like hobbies or exercise, plus guest rooms and laundry. Two ground floor garages provide heated parking plus wash bays. All our extra features make our building a well-appointed property.

Each floor and each wing (total of six) laundry rooms each has 3 free washers and dryers, plus laundry sink, folding table and shelving.

Each unit has one designated spot in the heated garages for $50 per month. Each garage has a heated water wash bay.

The fitness center has treadmills, exercise cycles, step machines and other gym equipment for each member to use 24/7/365.

A well-equipped and maintained woodshop is available for your projects and hobbies.

The raised garden plots provide your personal space for gardners and we have an indoor garden center for your year round horticultural endeavors.

Our well-stocked library has a full selection of literature, movies, games, and puzzles. Enjoy a TV show, discussion group, or a game night in the comfortable meeting room.

Enjoy the gas grills and smoker for a bar-b-que for your family and friends. Or just hangout for socializing and happy hour. We even have a fire ring to warm us on those chilly nights.

Need more room for your large project, e.g. a quilt? Just use the Arts and Craft room to spread out! Similarly, the Study Room allows you space to focus on a project or make copies.

Entertainment center with pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, darts, and more. Other entertaining features include free use of our Great Room, Private Dining Room, and their connected kitchen.

Xcel Energy is planning to install Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations in each of our two garages, coming soon.
