Co-op Features
Our cooperative features are meant to take the worry from your day-to-day life. Get involved with how we keep our place they way we want, with fiscally sound practices, fun activities, and safety in mind. We know with everyone having something to contribute, we keep our costs low and satisfaction high.
Onsite Manager & Staff
Our onsite manager handles the bookkeeping, administration, and day-to-day management of Phalen Realife Coop.
Pets Allowed (2)
Two pets, dogs or cats, are allowed with city licenses. A fenced backyard and garden area doubles as a dog run.
Guest Rooms
Two large guest suites each have two queensize beds, complete with wifi, TV, and full bathroom are available for a small fee.
Lawn Maintenance
Our grounds maintenance program includes full service lawn care and snow removal. Even our front entry drive-way is heated to melt the ice!!
Board of Directors
Our cooperative is led by the coop member council who are the board of directors. Others serve on committees to make recommendations and manage various concerns like property, finances, social activities, health and wellness, and marketing.
Planned Activities
Our Social Activities Committee is active with planning for various events and publishing the monthly event calendar. Something is going on nearly every day such as: chair yoga, coffee & donuts, discussion group, book group, bingo, and holiday happenings.
Utilities Paid (other than electric)
Natural gas, water, sewer and trash collection covered by your monthly fees. You pay for your own electrical bill.
